Bo Zniqa … expectations for a final agreement in tomorrow’s dialogue session.

During the past two weeks, the Moroccan city of Bo zniqa witnessed dialogue sessions that brought together two delegations from the Tobruk House of Representatives and the Supreme Council of State, in the first meeting between the two parties in years, after which they reached consensus on the sovereign positions.

It was scheduled to start Sunday before the session was adjourned to Tuesday, to complete the final understandings, it is expected that there will be a final signature on the accords between Khaled Al-Mishri and Aqeela Saleh.

Postponement for greater consensus

Writer and political analyst Abdullah Al-Kabeer said that the delay or postponement may be in order to achieve greater consensus, or because of some attempts to obstruct this track .

In a statement to Arraed, Al-Kabeer believed that there is a clear intention by the representatives of Tobruk and the Supreme Council of the state regarding ending the track of Morocco related to sovereign positions.

Al-Kabeer added, but it is certain that the UN mission is keen on making this track a success to ensure its success, and the one that will be launched in Geneva, and this requires the speedy completion of this track and not to prolong it or delay it.

The two delegations will work to reach an agreement

For his part, member of the Tobruk House of Representatives, Issam Al-Jehani, said that the representatives of the House of Representatives and the Supreme Council of the state will work to reach an agreement that takes Libya out of its crisis in Bo Zniqa’s second round.

Al-Jehani confirmed, in a statement to Arraed, that the second round will deal with the outcomes of the first round and what was agreed upon by the House of Representatives and the Supreme Council of the state, indicating that everyone will not hesitate to make concessions for the sake of the homeland, as he put it.

Al-Jehani clarified that Article 15 of the political agreement requires the formation of two 5 + 5 committees to discuss the sovereign positions and the consensus percentage on the positions exceeded 90%, and that they reached an agreement regarding the position of the governor of the Central Bank of Libya and other positions, and they followed two parallel geographical and political lines, confirming the presence of a delegation House of Representatives in Morocco tomorrow.
