In a recurring and foggy scene with no signs of a civil state looming on its horizon, the simple citizen in the Eastern Region is still being punished militarily by the decisions of Haftar, who set himself and his entourage the first and last decision-maker for all state institutions.

Queues and loud cries of citizens looking for Haftar’s promises to provide electricity which disappears for hours and hours without any achievement, and for banks that only have current accounts for his militias and just little news about salary arriving without the presence of money despite Haftar’s last scene in August, at the dialogue table with the so-called interim government waiting for an order to implement it without review or omission.
