On Thursday, the Turkish Ministry of Defense announced that the Turkish Armed Forces team for removinging and dismantling of land mines will continue to remove explosives planted by the Haftar militias, south of Tripoli.
The ministry added, in a statement, that the operations to remove and dismantle mines and explosives are being conducted under the supervision of Turkish military teams specialized in this field, as reported by “Anatolia”.
It is worth noting that the removing and dismantling Unit announced the completion of surveying and clearing 150 sites of mines laid by the Haftar militias in Salah Addin area, south of Tripoli
