French Planes Bombs Targets Of The GNA In Tripoli In Its Support For Haftar

French drone aircraft bombed targets of the Libyan government forces in the vicinity of Tripoli, in the support of Paris for the forces of retired brigade Khalifa Haftar, who is attacking the capital.

A military source told “Arab21” news agency, that the French aircraft bombed groups of fighters belonging to the government recognized internationally in the vicinity of Tripoli, targeting two different sites.

The source pointed out that the French planes bombed over the past night, a gathering of armed vehicles in the city of Tajoura, after a similar bombing carried out by the armed battalions in the vicinity of the spring valley, an area that government forces have been able to expel the fighters of Haftar in the past hours.

The source pointed out that the field estimates indicate that the French aircraft are being managed and controlled by a mobile operations center in the vicinity of the city of Gharyan, south of the capital Tripoli.

Tripoli has been witnessing, since April 4, clashes between the forces of the Government Of National Accord and the militias of the retired Libyan brigade Khalifa Haftar in the east, which launched a military operation to control Tripoli.
