The High Council of the State affirmed that national reconciliation is the only guarantee for the success of the democratic transition process and the cornerstone of the process of democratic transformation, and its implementation is not limited to the state only, but to all Libyans.
In a speech during the participation of the International Symposium on National Reconciliation held in Morocco on Friday, the HCS added that foreign interventions are one of the biggest impediments to achieving national reconciliation.
The President of the Presidential Council Fayez Al-Sarraj announced last November the formation of a preparatory committee to prepare the draft and the comprehensive national reconciliation conference.
