President of the Presidential Council (PC) Faiz Al-Sarraj, on Wednesday, confirmed the Council’s support for the implementation of governance and its commitment, and its aim towards discipline and transparency.
The speech came during a workshop held at the headquarters of the Audit Bureau on the governance of public sector companies, as it was attended by the President of the Audit Bureau, the Ministers of Planning, Economy, Finance and Transport.
At the end of the workshop, it was agreed to build a committee under the chairmanship of the National Decision Support Center, giving the membership to the Ministries of Finance, Planning and Economy, the Accounting Bureau and an independent academic member who coordinates the preparation of a governance guide for state-owned enterprises.
