Al-Qatrani calls on MPs and the government to draw up a time-bound roadmap.

On Sunday, Deputy Prime Minister of the NUG Hussein Al-Qatrani called on the Presidency of the HoR, the PM, and the Road Map Committee formed by the HoR to sit together to develop a clear and time-bound roadmap.

Al-Qatrani explained, in a video statement, that the road map should included addressing all obstacles, resolving all problems, closing the page of the dispute, uniting efforts to develop appropriate solutions, focusing on providing food, medicine and electricity, confronting the threat of the epidemiological situation and creating the appropriate climate for holding free and fair elections and accepting their results.

Al-Qatrani demanded that the differences be put aside for the sake of the interest of the country and the citizen, saying, “The Libyans are tired of this fragmentation and it is time to move forward with a real will towards development, stability and comprehensive national reconciliation among all the Libyan people.”

Norland: There is a possibility to hold elections in Libya before next June.

HoR decides to form a committee in consultation with the State Council, most of its members are experts, to submit a proposal to amend constitutional declaration.
