Libya exempts some Turkish citizens from obtaining the Libyan visa.

The Turkish Embassy in Tripoli said that the Libyan authorities have exempted Turkish citizens under the age of 16 and over 55 who hold ordinary passports from obtaining an entry visa to Libya.

The Turkish embassy added, in a statement on its website, that Turkish businessmen will be granted a multiple entry visa to Libya for a period of one year.

The embassy called on Turkish citizens who intend to travel to Libya to communicate with the embassy in Tripoli or the consulate in Misurata before their travel, and to report their locations and contact information after their arrival in Libya.
