The commission added – on its official page – that it is working to examine the files of applicants for the parliamentary elections in a timely manner, and that it has referred 2,869 files of the candidates to the competent authorities; To match the accuracy of the data provided first-hand; In preparation for publishing the preliminary lists of candidates, which include the names of all those who applied for candidacy.
The Commission confirmed that it will then start the period of appeals and grievances about these candidacies, indicating that it will publish the final lists of candidates once and for all after the end of the legal period for submitting appeals in accordance with Article 12.
It is worth noting that the doors for candidacy for the parliamentary elections will close next Tuesday.
