The Sebha Security Directorate confirmed on Monday that the militias of Haftar “115 and Tariq bin Ziyad” are besieging the Sabha court with a suffocating siege with armed vehicles and heavy armored vehicles, and that the court is not operating normally, as reported by news.
The directorate added in a statement that the siege imposed on the directorate has prevented citizens, judges and employees from entering and carrying out their work
The directorate pointed out that the 115 militia under the command of Mohamed al-Jarih had never secured any institution, despite its presence in the south for 3 years, and that its goal was to disrupt the judiciary and justice.
It is worth noting that Saif Gaddafi’s lawyer, Khaled Al-Zaydi, said that an armed group closed the appeals court in the city of Sabha, which was supposed to decide on the appeal submitted by his client against the commission’s decision to exclude him from running in the presidential elections.
