The International Police “Interpol” in Niger seized 17 tons of hashish, destined for Libya, with an estimated value of 37 million dollars.
The French agency, “France Press”, said Monday that the quantity seized in Niger came in the context of the activities of the National International Police Office “INTERPOL” for the past months of March and April, and is the largest operation in the history of West Africa.
It is worth noting that the Russian “Sputnik” news agency, last March, said that Niger police seized last March an amount of the drug “hashish” which was on its way to Libya.
