“Radio France Internationale” said Tuesday that the Russians tried to overthrow the rule of Chadian President “Idriss Deby”, to weaken France’s role and to continue its expansion deep into Africa.
“The radio” added that Russia played an influential role in supporting the Chadian rebels through Haftar, causing the situation in Chad to turn into security chaos threatening the entire African coast, as they put it.
It is worth noting that the Chadian President “Idriss Deby” was killed last April, during his participation in the fighting between the Chadian army and the rebels in the north of the country.
