On Saturday, the national campaign for the Coronavirus vaccination was launched in 430 health centers in all regions of Libya.
The Executive Director of the National Vaccination Program in Tripoli, Al-Sadiq Al-Bhalil, confirmed the launch of the vaccination campaign against the Corona virus in the municipalities: Tajoura and Souq Al-Jumaa, Tripoli Center, Ain Zara and Hey Alndalus District, and postponing it in the municipality of Abu Salim until finalizing preparations to provide the service.
In a related context, the Tripoli municipality called on citizens to take vaccination against the Coronavirus, stressing that it is safe and effective.
The Director General of the National Center for Disease Control, the Mayer and members of the Tripoli Municipal Council toured the health center in Wisaiat Bedairy area, to take vaccination and to see the mechanism of the vaccination campaign for citizens and to check on the progress of work.
It is worth noting that Libya is using the Russian Sputnik and the English AstraZeneca vaccines at the beginning of its vaccination campaign against the Coronavirus.
