Signing agreements and memoranda of understanding between Libya and Turkey.

Libya and Turkey have signed five agreements and memoranda of understanding, under which Turkish companies construct a number of facilities and establishments in Libya.

The agreements and memoranda of understanding, according to the “Our Government” platform of the Government of National Unity, represented the signing of a memorandum of understanding to construct 4 power stations, build a new passenger station at Tripoli Airport, build a marketing center in Tripoli, and a memorandum on strategic cooperation in the media field.

It is worth noting that a Libyan ministerial delegation headed by Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbaiba visited Turkey in recent days, and met with President Rejep Tayyip Erdogan, and a Turkish government delegation.

The UN mission and the African Union agree to help the Libyans to hold elections next December.
