Al manifi performs the constitutional oath and affirms commitment to hold elections on time.

On Monday, President of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Al-Manifi, took the constitutional oath before the Supreme Constitutional Court at its headquarters in Tripoli.

During his speech after the prime minister and ministers took the constitutional oath in front of the House of Representatives in Tobruk, Al-Manifi called on the government to focus on creating the appropriate climate to reach the main point, which is to hold the elections at the end of this year on the scheduled date of December 24.

Al-Manifi said: We will hand over power, whether political, executive, or other power to the people, as they choose whoever acts on their behalf in the next phase.

It is worth noting that the Forum for Political Dialogue chose, on the 5th of last February, the second list, which includes Mohammed Al-Manaifi as Chairman of the Presidential Council, and the membership of Musa Al-Koni, Abdullah Al-Lafi, and Abdulhamid Dbaiba as Prime Minister.
