Siala receives the papers of the new Turkish ambassador and discusses with him the return of Turkish companies to complete their projects in Libya.

During his meeting with the new Turkish ambassador to Libya, Kanan Yilmaz, Foreign Minister Mohamed Siala stressed the importance of the return of Turkish companies to resume their work in Libya and contribute to reconstruction in light of the memorandum of understanding signed between the two countries last year.

For his part, Yilmaz said during the handing over of his credentials, Monday, as a new ambassador to Libya, that Turkish companies are ready to return to Libya and contribute to development projects, as soon as possible, especially in the fields of construction and infrastructure, indicating that they are currently negotiating with the Libyan executive bodies specialized in this regard.

It is worth noting that the new Turkish ambassador, Kanan Yilmaz, took over his position as ambassador for his country, succeeding the former ambassador, Serhat Aksen.
