The Turkish Foreign Ministry spokesman, “Hami Aksoy,” said that the session of granting confidence to the Libyan government is an important opportunity for peace, and it is “a democratic step taken by the Libyans through dialogue for a lasting peace.”
Aksoy stressed, according to the Anadolu Agency, on Saturday, that this historic opportunity should not be wasted as a sacrifice to the calculations and aspirations of some countries in Libya.
Aksoy expressed his hope that the national unity government that Abdulhamid Dbaiba is presented to Parliament as soon as possible, and then start work on solving the country’s urgent problems, stressing his country’s continued support for the government with all kinds of support.
It is worth noting that the House of Representatives will hold its scheduled session on Monday, to discuss granting confidence to the government of “Dbaiba” in the city of Sirte.
