Parallel Interior Minister Ibrahim Bushnaf said, Tuesday, that the security situation in Benghazi is almost out of control, and that is why we must realize the danger facing us at a time when people have lost hope in establishing a modern civil state, as he put it.
Bushnaf called for not to make Benghazi a safe haven for criminals and to eliminate security chaos, condemning the targeting of security institutions by outlaws in the city.
