Abo Shahma added – in a statement on the official page of the Department of Moral Affairs of the Libyan Army – Tuesday, that during their meeting as the 5 + 5 committee in Sirte, the field subcommittee of the two parties and the military engineering officers were present, To develop a plan to implement the retreat of the forces from the Sirte Al-Jufra contact lines, and their return to their original locations.

Abo Shahma stressed the need to remove mercenaries and foreign fighters from all Libyan soil, whether they are in contact lines or air bases, and that they are continuing with the Security Council, the United Nations and the countries participating in the Berlin conference in this context.

Abo Shahma indicated that the committee welcomed the consensuses and the formation of a new presidential council and a government of national unity for Libya that would end the division of institutes in the east and west and the House of Representatives and the supreme state Council, pointing out that they would assist this new government to provide the appropriate security environment for the next election process and to build a correct military institution that would be loyal to Allah then to the homeland, he said.
