Member of the House of Representatives, Alsyada Alyaqoubi, said in a statement to Arraed, Monday, that she is with the continuation of the Acting Head of the United Nations Mission to Libya, Stephanie Williams, until the end of the political dialogue.
Al-Yaqoubi’s statements came after reports that international pressure was being exerted on the Secretary-General of the United Nations, “Antonio Guterres,” that the Slovak diplomat, “Jan Kubis,” should assume the mission of the UN envoy to Libya.
It is worth noting that, member of Parliament, Issam Al-Jehani, said in a statement to Arraed, on Monday, that the departure of the acting head of the UN mission, “Stephanie Williams”, means the end of the political dialogue forum.
