Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said Thursday that Turkey is determined to continue to keep the window of opportunities open for a viable, comprehensive, lasting and peaceful political solution to the Libyan crisis.
Cavusoglu added that his country supports the political process led by the United Nations, stressing that the initial results of the political dialogue were positive and that success depends on the level of consensus of the members and the harmonization of the stance of all partners.
The Turkish Foreign Minister, “Mevlut Cavusoglu” confirmed earlier that “the only solution in Libya is political, and everyone who chose the military solution until today suffered defeat.”
