The Turkish Anadolu Agency reported, Tuesday, that experts from the Turkish army continue to provide various training for members of the Libyan army forces, as part of the cooperation agreement signed between the two countries.
The agency quoted the Turkish Ministry of Defense that members of the Libyan army had received training on “defending military bases” techniques, stressing that the exercises would continue until the Libyan army could reach international standards for armies.
It is worth noting that Libya and Turkey signed in November 2019 an agreement on strengthening security and military cooperation between the two countries.
