The Scientific Committee to Combat Corona: Schools continue as long as the epidemiological situation is stable.

The head of the supreme scientific advisory committee to combat the Corona epidemic, Khalifa Al-Bakoush, said that the epidemiological situation in Libya is critical, but it has been stable for weeks, so we must use this period to return to School.

Al-Bakoush briefed, during his meeting with the Ministry of Education, of the ministry’s plans for a safe return to School, pointing out the ministry’s commitment to all the recommendations and advice provided by the supreme Committee.

Al-Bakoush stressed that Schools continue as long as the epidemiological situation is stable, confirming that schools will be closed in case there is an increase in infection rates.

It is worth noting that, on January 2, the Ministry of Education announced the return of studies for primary school students.
