Turkey announced, on Wednesday, the launch of the new Turkish satellite, “Turksat A5,” at dawn next Friday .
According to the Turkish “Anatolia” news agency, Turkey will organize, on Friday, for the first time, the “Satellite Technology Week” from the 7th to the 9th of January, during which the new satellite will be launched.
The agency said that the goal of launching the new Turkish satellite is to bring all new areas under its coverage, reaching China, Africa and Europe.
It is worth noting that the Turkish satellite “Turksat 5A” is considered a fifth generation satellite, and it is expected to be launched into orbit at 31 degrees East.
