The American Libyan Alliance: Haftar does not have any immunity and the cases brought against him are continuing.

The US-Libyan coalition announced that the US State Department and the Federal Court refused to intervene with a government political opinion in the cases filed against Haftar in American courts.

The coalition confirmed, on its official page, Monday, that this statement is an acknowledgment by the US government that Haftar does not enjoy any political or presidential immunity, as his lawyers claimed, stressing the continuation of prosecution against those who committed war crimes against the Libyans.

It is worth noting that a number of Libyan families have filed a lawsuit with US courts against Haftar, on charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity.
