Sawan: We welcome what the participants in the Tunis dialogue have reached, and a safe solution will only come with a true partnership through which the country will unite.

The Chairman of the Justice and Construction Party, Mohamed Sawan, welcomed the findings of the participants in the Forum for Political Dialogue in Tunisia, setting a date for the presidential and legislative elections, and agreeing on a roadmap towards the unification of institutions.

Sawan added on his official page on Monday that this progress comes after great efforts were made to accomplish this great achievement in a positive atmosphere that prevailed over the whole forum, even though it was punctuated by some fears resulting from long years of wars, division and loss of confidence, according to his words.

Sawan expressed his optimism for the completion of the agreement on the remaining items during the upcoming rounds of dialogue, expressing his hope that the participants in the forum and all the parties would be responsible and fully aware of the depth of the crisis and the size of the risks.

Sawan stressed that the exit of Libya from this suffering to a safe shore will only be achieved through a real partnership through which the country will unite and finally move to the stage of stability.

It is worth noting that the Libyan Dialogue Forum in Tunis will hold its sessions on Sunday, and a video session will be held for the participants on the 18th of the current month under the auspices of the UN mission.
