Bourla described the Corona vaccine as the greatest medical development in the past 100 years, indicating that the company could produce 50 million doses this year, and 1.3 billion doses globally during the next year.
In the same context, Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the American National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, yesterday, received the news of a vaccine to prevent Corona virus developed by Pfizer describing it as a “great thing”, and said that the United States may have vaccine doses ready before the end of the year.
In an interview with CNN, Fauci said he believed he would remain in his current position for the time being and had no intention of leaving his position.
