Hundreds of Canadian Muslims demonstrated in front of the French Consulate in Toronto, Canada. In protest against the anti-Islamic statements of President “Emmanuel Macron”.
The Turkish Anadolu Agency said, on Saturday, that the protest was in response to calls on social media platforms, and the number of protesters reached about a thousand, and the demonstrators raised banners with phrases such as “Stop terrorism against Muslims”, “We love all prophets” and “We respect beliefs.”
It added that the protesters distributed roses to passers-by in the area, and gave copies of the Holy Quran, and a number of publications on the Islamic religion.
It is worth noting that French President “Emmanuel Macron” said on October 21 that his country would not abandon the cartoons, which doubled the wave of anger in the Islamic world, and campaigns were launched in some countries to boycott French products and goods.
