The commanders of the Volcano of Anger operation are calling for arrangements to enable them to participate effectively in political dialogue.

Field commanders called for Operation Volcano of Anger, to form a political team to participate in the political dialogue sessions, provided that it is assigned by the field operations room.

The commanders stressed in their official statement, Tuesday, after their representatives met with the President of the Presidential Council, Fayez Al-Sarraj, that the representation of the Volcano of Anger force in the dialogue should be “appropriate with the sacrifices they made,” stressing that they would work on laying the constitutional foundations for the elections and adopting the electoral laws as stipulated in the UN Security Council resolution.

The commanders called on the Government of National Accord and the Presidential Council to prepare an integrated program to contain the support forces in state institutions, and to form a specialized committee to review the file of the wounded and refer the results to the Attorney General.

The commanders demanded the Joint Operations Room to communicate with all the commanders of the interlocutor equally and to involve them in the work entrusted to the room, holding the chamber responsible for the previous failure in the file of the wounded and families of the martyrs, stressing their full support for state institutions, the General Staff and combating corruption and the corrupt.

It is worth noting that representatives of the military commanders of Operation Volcano of Anger held a lengthy meeting with the President of the Presidential Council in the presence of the Commander of the Western Region, the Chief of Staff, the Minister of Defense and the Commander of the Sirte and Al Jufra Operations Room.
