Karmous describes Abo Zniqa’s consensus as “excellent.”

On Wednesday, a member of the Supreme Council of State, Adel Karmous, described the consensus reached by the two delegations of the dialogue in Abo Zniqa, Morocco, as “excellent consensuses.”

In a statement to Arraed, Karmous stated that the real obstacle is the availability of a quorum in the House of Representatives, which suffers from a severe division that makes it incapable of issuing any sound decision with a legal quorum that makes it immune from any judicial challenge, according to his saying.

It is worth noting that the two delegations of the dialogue in Abo Zniqa, Morocco, signed on Wednesday the final version of the criteria and controls for selecting the sovereign positions, according to Article 15 of the Political Agreement.
