Safrani: The second round of the Maghreb Dialogue may culminate in the signing of Al-Mishri and Aqeela of the final agreement.

A member of the Supreme Council of State, Abdulsalam Safrani, confirmed Thursday that the second round of the Morocco dialogue will be held early next week and may culminate in the two presidents signing the final agreement regarding the implementation of Article 15 of the political agreement after completing some procedures.

Safrani said in a statement to Arraed, “We are trying to end the path of the sovereign positions in this round, and we may try to open debate on the constitutional path with the parliament.

Safrani indicated that the Supreme Council of State had approved what was reached in the first round of the Moroccan Dialogue at its session last week

It is worth noting that the first round of dialogue sessions in Morocco, which concluded on September 10 this year, reached a preliminary consensus regarding the activation of Article 15 of the political agreement regarding the appointment of sovereign positions.
