Russian Foreign Minister “Sergey Lavrov” said that Russia and Turkey are working on developing an agreement aimed at stabilizing the ceasefire in Libya and bringing it into a legal framework.
“Lavrov” said in a television interview, Monday, that the situation in Libya is a cause for concern not only for Russia and Turkey, but also for many international parties, “it is a severe disruption , according to Anatolia agency.
Regarding the resumption of oil exports, the Russian Foreign Minister stressed that “the President of the Presidency Council, Fayez Al-Sarraj, and the Speaker of Tobruk Parliament, Aqeela Saleh, discussed this issue.
Lavrov indicated that there are efforts to bring all parties to the negotiating table to reach an agreement on how to share natural resources, according to him.
It is worth noting that Turkish Foreign Minister Cavusoglu confirmed, in September, that Turkey and Russia are close to an agreement on a ceasefire and a political process in Libya.
