The Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Aboul Gheit, agreed during his meeting, on Sunday, with the Acting Head of the UN Mission in Libya, Stephanie Williams, on the importance of building on the statements of Fayez Al-Sarraj and the Speaker of the Tobruk Parliament, Aqeela Saleh , to confirm the ceasefire and to fully resume oil production and export operations.

The two sides affirmed, according to the official page of the Arab League, to return to the inclusive political dialogue between the Libyan parties under the auspices of the United Nations to reach a road map that ends the transitional phase in Libya and culminates in presidential and legislative elections that everyone is satisfied with its results.
