Al-Zawiya: The release of 40 prisoners on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, most of them under 18 recruited by Haftar to fight with him.

On Tuesday, the chief of criminal investigation, Captain . Mohamed Bahron, said that 40 of Haftar’s militias, most of them under the age of 18, would be released at the latest, next Thursday. On the occasion of Eid al-Adha.

Bahron added, in a statement to Arraed, that most of these prisoners are born in the year 2000, recruited by Haftar to fight with him, and were captured in the incidents of the Gate 27 in April last year.

It is worth noting that on April 5th of last year, the Libyan army forces captured about 120 members of the Haftar militia affiliated to what is known as Brigade 107 from the cities of Sabratha and Sorman when they entered Gate 27, west of Tripoli.
