French journalist Bernard Levy said that he prepared a press report documenting the murders committed by the Haftar militia in Tarhuna, including extracting 47 bodies from a mass grave, with children whose hands were tied behind their backs.
Through his tweet on Twitter, published on Saturday, after his press visit to Tarhuna, Levy expressed his grief and solidarity with the people of the city, referring to the presence of security bodies capable of protecting the free press “very different from the thugs”, as he said.
It is worth noting that the Commission for Research and Identification of Missing Persons confirmed the recovery of at least 280 bodies and the discovery of 12 mass graves in Tarhuna and its environs.
