On Sunday, the Supreme Commander of the Libyan Army, Fayez al-Sarraj, discussed with the heads of the three western military regions, Tripoli and the Central, and the commander of the Sirte AlJufra Chamber, the military situation in the country in general, the readiness of forces in various regions, the conduct of operations in the Sirte Al-Jufra region, and a review of procedures for securing the liberated areas.
Al-Sarraj discussed with the commanders of the military areas, the organization of the military establishment, mechanisms for implementing the program of merging integrating the supporting military formations, and programs for developing the defensive military capabilities of the Libyan army within the framework of partnership programs with a number of friendly countries.
It is worth noting that the spokesman for the Sirte Jafra Operations Room, Brigadier “Abdulhadi Drah” confirmed, on Sunday, an intensive movement of various military vehicles in the vicinity of the Qordabiya base, in which Russian militias are based.
