A spokesman for the Russian presidency, “Dmitry Peskov”, said that President “Vladimir Putin” confirmed that there is no alternative to a political settlement in Libya.
“Peskov” added that Putin’s speech came during his meeting with the permanent members of the Russian Security Council, in the presence of the President of the two chambers of the Russian Parliament and the Vice-President of the Russian Security Council; To discuss several issues, including the Libyan issue, according to “Sputnik”.
