
Interior Ministry stated, on Tuesday, that the Ministry is considering merging members of the forces supporting the Libyan army stationed in the fighting axes and fronts south of the capital, Tripoli, and its surrounding areas.
For his part, Interior Minister Fathi Bashaga said, during his meeting with a number of officials of the Ministry of Defense, that there is a military and security vacuum in most of the areas surrounding the capital, and this is what made the invaders penetrate reaching to the south of the capital .
Bashaga affirmed that this meeting would go along way to organize and put in place a program for the supporting forces and their involvement in state institutions after the end of this war and defeat the invaders, and bring them back where they came from.
Bashaga pointed out that the Ministries of Defense and Interior bear the greatest burden in the involvement in the absorption of these forces within their cadres, with the need to provide financial support from state financial institutions in this regard.
It is worth noting that the Minister of Interior Fathi Bashaga confirmed on Sunday that the Ministry of the Interior is committed to developing the police force in Libya through attending to individuals and discipline.
