Qanunu: Haftar Militias bombard Tripoli in retaliation for its losses on the battlefield.

Libyan army spokesman, Colonel Pilot Mohamed Qanunu, said that Haftar militias resorted to the indiscriminate shelling of the Tripoli neighborhoods in revenge for their defeats and losses on the battlefield.

Qanunu added, in a statement to Arraed, that the increased bombing of the defeated militias on state embassies is evidence of the enormity of their losses, and an attempt to raise the morale of their followers and supporters who are absent from reality, in addition to drawing the world’s attention to the indiscriminate bombing of a populated city until it demands a cease-fire and an international resolution to that effect to save his collapsed position in the battlefield.

Qanunu explained that the critical field situation of “war criminal Khalifa Haftar” was what made him flounder in his movements and statements, stressing that the excessive display of force towards civilians is further evidence of the start of the countdown to his resounding defeat soon, as he described it.

It is worth noting that the militia of Haftar bombed several neighborhoods of Tripoli and the Maitiqa International Airport, killing 7 civilians, and completely removed two planes from work, and sabotaged facilities inside the Maitika airport.
