Turkish President Rejep Tayyip Erdogan said on Tuesday that Hifter uses members of the “Wagner Group”, and everyone knows who is behind him, they are mercenaries, pointing out that Hifter is not interested in a political solution in Libya.
Erdogan said, in a statement from the Senegalese capital, Dakar, that Hifter does not at present have any official status or position in Libya and at the level of the international community, according to the “Anatolia” agency.
It is worth noting that Turkish President Rejep Tayyip Erdogan said, on Monday, that Hifter’s spokesman’s statement that “the solution in Libya will only be with guns” shows that Hifter has no interest in a truce or peace in Libya.
