President of the Presidential Council, Fayez Asarraj, said they are ready for the paths of peace which require courage, and are ready for war with those they choose it, and are confident in our capabilities.
Asarraj added, after his return, and his accompanying delgation from Russia, on Tuesday, Amidst a big reception, indicating that this presence of the various components and cadres of the state is a message that we are making decisions together in peace or in war.
It is worth noting that the President of the Presidential Council, Fayez Asarraj, has signed a cease-fire agreement in Moscow, based on the Russian-Turkish Memorandum of Understanding.
