Army artillery shell Hifter Militias south of Tripoli

Fighting Axes south of Tripoli witnessed clashes with heavy weapons after the army demolished HIftEr Militias in the Alkhalatat and Salah Addin axes south of Tripoli.

The army forces repelled the attempted infiltration of Hifter Militias at dawn today at the Ramla-Sawani axis, incuring heavy loses to their equipment and lives.

The army forces targeted Hifter Militias in the Alkhalatat axis, and destroyed two Emirati armored vehicles and a tank, and killed about 20 of them, while the army artillery in Salah Addin axis targeted three gatherings of Hifter Militias and destroyed a tank for them.

Additional military reinforcements have arrived to the army forces stationed east of Abugrain “Alhisha”, and to the axis south of Tripoli, to support and reinforce them.

It is worth noting that Hifter’s Militias have failed since last April to control Tripoli despite their repeated attempts.
