De Mayo: To restore Libya’s stability, a dialogue must be held between the United States and Russia.

Italian Foreign Minister Luigi Di Mayo said on Tuesday that in order to restore stability in the situation in Libya, a dialogue must be held between the United States of America and Russia.

Mayo added, according to Aki, that the European Union mission could meet the President of the Presidency Council, Faiyze Asarraj, and Hifter together at a meeting, even if not in Libya.

Mayo stressed that the only solution is a ceasefire. War only brings war, but for the success of the Berlin conference, we must include Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco.

It is worth noting that Italian Foreign Minister Luigi de Mayo announced today Tuesday an extraordinary meeting on Libya with the foreign ministers of France, Germany and Britain, and the representative of the foreign policy in the European Union.
