President of the Presidential Council, Fayez Al-Sarraj, stressed that the government os keen to continue securing Gharyan city against any new aggression, and provide all services to citizens.
Al-Sarraj said in a statement on Wednesday that the Libyan army and its support force are ready to perform their duties ably and courageously, and the aggressors will only gain defeat, according to the official page of the Council’s media office.
Al-Sarraj renewed his call for those who are involved in the fighting with the aggressor militias to surrender themselves for their own life before it is too late, according to the statement.
It is noteworthy that the militias of Hafter attacked Gharyan, last Monday,and repelled by the army forces and inflicted a new defeat and led to the capture of there commander of their operating room Fawzi Abu Harara.
