Chad closes border with Libya, keeping trading port

The Minister of Defense of Chad, Mahmat Sally, explains closing borders with Libya, Sudan and Central African Republic is for security reasons.

According to the Tunisian newspaper Al-Shoroq, Chad has kept its trade ports with the three countries open, including Korean & Moody port with Libya.

It is noteworthy that Libya signed, in February, the executive regulations of the Joint Operations Center, to secure the common border with Sudan, Chad and Niger.
