Bashaga orders the members Interior not to enter the state institutions without legal permissions

Minister of Interior Fathi Bashaga on Wednesday addressed the undersecretaries of the ministry and the heads and directors of the security services to the necessity of alerting them not to enter the headquarters of state institutions except by legal basis.

In his statement, Bashaga warned against the forcible entry of state institutions because it is a flagrant violation of the rule of law that criminalizes the perpetrator, vowing to violate orders of the most severe legal penalties that amount to dismissal from the police.

It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Interior, earlier, asked all its agencies to coordinate among themselves, and to take tight security precautions in the capital Tripoli.
