The Red Crescent retrieved more than 30 bodies of illegal immigrants on the shores of Libda area and referred them to a forensic doctor for the necessary examination.
Al-Hilal said on its official page on Friday that the migrants were on a wooden boat off the coast of Al-Khmas carrying 325 illegal immigrants in various Arab and African nationalities, including women and children.
Al-Hilal said that the specialized teams provided psychological support to the survivor, stressing that the crescent is still retrieving the bodies.
It is noteworthy that the Libyan Coast Guard reported on Thursday the crash of
a wooden boat on board about 250 illegal immigrants and 134 saved, and
recovered a body according to the official page of the Coast Guard.
