A Libyan Coast Guard patrol rescued 53 illegal immigrants aboard a rubber boat off the coast of Sabratha.

According to the Libyan navy, migrants, including 10 women and one child of different African nationalities, were handed over to the illegal immigration control agency in Zawiya after providing humanitarian assistance.

The Libyan Coast Guard is continuing to rescue many illegal immigrants in different circumstances and at different times, despite the difficult conditions currently passing through the capital and the country.
