MP Abu Baker Beira said he rejected an Egyptian invitation to hold a consultation session for deputies in Cairo because it is a political maneuver he does not want to be a party of it.
“The purpose of these meetings is to draw a new road map with political elements sponsored by Egypt,” Beira said in a statement to the Arab newspaper on Saturday.
It is noteworthy that the House of Representatives held in Tripoli decided, last Monday, to reject the invitation of Egypt to some of the deputies joining the Council to hold a consultation session; the ambiguity of the objectives of the session, and the position of Egypt biased to the attack on the capital.
