Al-Meshri: Having A Powerful Economic Partner Such As the US Will Stop The Negative Interventions In Libya

During a meeting with representatives of the American Chamber of Commerce in Washington DC, the head of the High Council of State (HCS) Khalid Al-Meshri said that the presence of a strong economic partner such as the United States would stop the negative interventions in the Libyan file.

Al-Meshri, on Monday, called for the return of American companies to work in Libya and activate investments, pointing out that investment is the one bringing stability and that Libya’s history confirms its commitment to its commitments.

For their part, representatives of the American Chamber of Commerce stressed that Libya is a good place to invest, expressing concern about the instability of the security and political situation, demanding the opening of a direct communication channel with the High Council of State to coordinate on joint cooperation in this field.
